  • Spin-on adaptor kit number RBR Type 1 - 3.8 S1 - This 'should' have no steel adaptor, it should be threaded straight into casting at 3/8" UNC
  • Spin-on adaptor kit number RBR Type 3 - 4.2 S1/S1.5 - This 'should' have a steel adaptor with a thread of approx. 1.050" diameter (2)
  • Spin-on adaptor kit number RBR Type 4 - 4.2 S2 - This 'should' have no steel adaptor, it should be threaded straight into casting at 7/16" UNC
  • ALOT of E-Types have exchanged housings so it is always best to remove the filter bowl & check if there is a steel insert - if so please measure accordingly prior to order!

  • Spin-on adaptor kit number RBR Type 2 - MK1, Early MK2, XK150 - This 'should' have a steel adaptor with a thread of approx. 0.750" diameter (1)
  • Spin-on adaptor kit number RBR Type 3 - Late MK2, S Type, 420G,MK10 - This 'should' have a steel adaptor with a thread of approx. 1.050" diameter (2)
  • ALOT of Jaguar models have exchanged housings so it is always best to remove the filter bowl & check if there is a steel insert - if so please measure accordingly prior to order!
